Sunday River, Maine Wedding Photography

Each wedding weekend brings new photos.  Last weekends wedding at Sunday River will be a hard one to top.  While I didn’t have time to get my bride and groom to the top of the mountain on the chondola, we did find some wonderful places to photograph!

Rachel and Brad have wonderful families and were a blast to work with!  I am looking forward to seeing them again very soon.

The weekend opened with golf on the absolutely stunning Sunday River course, which was followed by a delicious rehearsal dinner near the base of the mountain at the Phoenix.  He took 28 men golfing with him, and there were nearly 300 guests at the wedding.

Wedding Coordinator at Sunday River was fantastic, she had everything running very smoothly.

Boston Aquarium

I LOVE to visit aquariums!  They are surely one of my top ten places to photograph.  I know it is cheating, as it isn’t a true underwater adventure but I don’t swim!  What amazing creatures there are in the world!  BOOOOO BP for messing them up!

I find sea turtles to be so relaxing.  They are so graceful and harmless!

puffer fish are defiantly my favorites!  they are so cute!

what a great face!

Did you read Andre the seal?  I love that book!  Its such a wonderful Children’s story.

Wedding Portland Maine at the Italian Heritage Center

Congratulations Jules & Keith!  What a wonderful pair and what a pleasure they were to work with!  They partied late into the night at the Italian Heritage Center with DJ’s Robe Steele & Joe Lerman from Q97.9 and 101.9.  Their cake was European Bakery and the flower arrangements were created by Melissa McNaboe.

Here are a few of my favorite shots!

Wolfe Neck Farm Wedding, Freeport Maine

What an amazing ceremony.  The rabbi was the grooms mom.  She did such a wonderful job gathering the right stories from the two of them and their family members.  It was really powerful when the 7 blessings were said in English and then sung in Hebrew.  Alison and Ben are perfect for each other and enjoyed a beautiful day on the ocean with their family and friends.

venue: Wolfe Neck Farm
catering: Black Tie Company
Cake: European Bakery
Dress: Custom Hand Made by family member
